How your thoughts become things when you manifest what you want
Let’s recap: Whatever exists in your life experience exists first in your thoughts and feelings. Period. You are not, at any time, at the mercy of conditions. You, regardless of your status, position, or physical condition, are always in command of your personal life, and you can manifest what you want at any time. Not only that, but you see and feel what you expect to see and feel; knowingly or unknowingly. Everything morphs into your opinion of it.
The first thing you need to do, when you intend to manifest what you want, is to be open-minded. Don’t expect manifestations to suddenly fall out of the sky after you spend a couple of days focusing on your desire. It ain’t that easy unless of course you have practiced and you know your stuff. Also, don’t expect things and desired experiences that you want to come from sources and ways your logical mind can comprehend. Doing this would highly limit your manifestation results.
The Universe works in mysterious ways. In any case, why would you even care about the How and Where? All that should matter to you is that it will eventually show up. Most often ‘out of the blue.’ So, try to stay away from analytical thinking and common sense expectations. Even more, open up to infinite possibilities and surprises.
Ideas, impulses, and inspirations are the first signs
During our Law of Attraction retreats or online courses, you will learn how to become quiet and let go of thoughts and the ‘monkey mind.’ Stillness and powering down your inner mental factory for a few minutes a day is the perfect opportunity to connect to your Inner Being. On a side note, feel free to replace the term Inner Being with other labels such as Consciousness, All That Is, God, Soul, Source Energy, and many more. In short, choose whatever works for you.
After some practice of being still and in the moment you will receive ideas, impulses, or inspirational thoughts. It’s a natural process. Often, the impulse is as unimportant as taking out the trash, calling a particular friend, or enjoying a hot bath with candlelight. Every time, just follow your inspiration. Usually, it doesn’t make sense at the moment at all. Don’t overthink it. Don’t expect something important to happen. Simply go with the flow. Manifestations don’t just fall in your lap right away. Instead, they are building blocks of your journey toward your desire. One by one your Inner Being is guiding you toward your desire.
Feeling good is a must if you intend to manifest what you want
Your first manifestation is feeling good. Or, at least, feeling better. Your thoughts and feelings always precede manifestations that you can hear, smell, see, taste, and touch. When you meditate daily you train your mind to increasingly stop thoughts at the moment. That is a highly beneficial skill, by the way. Then, you get accustomed to consciously releasing thought patterns, also known as beliefs, that are not helpful to you. Their power and influence fade out over time. And so, the chance for the natural state of wellbeing to shine through is dramatically increased. As a consequence, you feel calmer, lighter, and clearer. For this reason, you feel better.
Subtle cooperative elements will show up
So, after you’ve achieved an improved state of being you automatically emit vibrations carrying higher frequencies. This means that the chance to manifest what you want has disproportionately improved. You can only attract what you want with higher vibrations. As a result, you start to draw collaborative elements such as people, opportunities, clothes, pets, holidays, job offers, lovers, and more to you. The list is endless. All elements combined will lead you toward your desire, step-by-step.
You can only manifest what you want if you allow the perfect timing
At first, everything seems normal and you usually call yourself just lucky. Things go well in your life. However, you still haven’t manifested what you want so you start asking yourself: When will my manifestation finally show up? And right then and there, you fall into the all-too-common trap. Granting that it might take a while to see the result of your efforts but you still got to stay on your path. There is a term labeled universal timing. Thus nothing will show up if you are vibrationally not ready for it, or if your desire is not ready for it. You can only control your vibrations. You can’t control the outside world, remember? Be calm about the process and continue your practice.
Let’s look at an example:
You’ve seen this kind of scenario many times in movies and novels. Stories where things just happen without a logical explanation. To understand the flow of how thoughts turn into things we shall look at a sample case. Additionally, every time a cooperative element shows up in the story it will be marked in red.
CHAPTER 1: THE DESIRE
For example, imagine a woman named Sara. Sara is a 32 years old office worker, who lives alone in a city. Her workdays are boring but she enjoys the company of her coworkers and friends and she has enough income to live a decent lifestyle and save for her annual holidays. However, more often than not, she feels lonely and desires a partner to share her life with. Somebody, who also likes being listened to, nurturing, and making love. In short, she desires a fulfilling and passionate relationship.
CHAPTER 2: THE HARD APPROACH
She tries several dating apps but she never meets somebody who truly answered her needs in the long run. She gets increasingly frustrated.
CHAPTER 3: THE EASY APPROACH
One day, she overhears her friend talking about the Law of Attraction. Sara immediately expresses her curiosity and listens intensely to what her friend has to say.
A couple of days later Sara surfs the internet and comes across an article about the Law of Attraction. The link provided leads her to purchase an in-depth Law of Attraction online course.
She studies the teaching materials and she begins to understand the correlation between her thoughts and her life experience. Everything is connected. She does the suggested practices every day. After a while, becoming more and more confident and hopeful, she is a happier person. It’s her new normal. She still wants to manifest what she wants, in other words, a relationship but she is, in fact, less stressed about it and far more balanced in her daily life than before.
One day she runs into an old acquaintance by chance while shopping. They start chatting and her friend excitingly tells her about the movie she just watched yesterday in the brand new cinema downtown.
Sara forgets about it the next day and her week is busy as always. During lunch, on Saturday she surfs the “What’s On” weekend program in her town and suddenly sees an ad for the movie her friend mentioned. She decides to go and watch it after dinner. She takes the train for a short ride downtown when her brother calls and invites her to the final exhibition day celebration of an art gallery located close to the movie theater. Sara decides to accept the invitation. Besides, she can watch the movie on any other night anyway.
CHAPTER 4: THE MANIFESTATION
The gallery is filled with guests and the music volume is rather on the high side, to say the least. After a while, Sara decides to leave and walks back to the central station. As her train leaves only in about 30 minutes she orders a coffee and waits in the cafe. Travelers come and go and Sara watches the world go by. Suddenly she notices a man sitting down at the table beside her who starts to read his newspaper. While she playfully observes him her eyes catch the headline of a movie review in his newspaper which she planned to see tonight.
Usually, Sara tends to be a rather shy person. However, now she can’t help herself but ask her neighbor if he has seen the movie. It turns out that he indeed already did and both begin to chat. Not only did both miss their train but they already planned to meet up again. THE END.
From a desire to manifestation
If you wanted to tell the above story in short form it would be like this:
First, Sara wants a relationship. By the way, every manifestation starts with a desire. If you don’t have a desire the wanting for a manifestation doesn’t arise.
Secondly, she feels lonely and unhappy. Hence, she attracts relationships that are not satisfying to her.
Then, Sara learns about the principles of the Law of Attraction. She meditates and focuses her mind in a specific way. As a result, she relaxes and lets things come in their own time. The absence of a relationship is not getting anymore in her way of feeling good (higher vibrations), although the desire is still active.
And finally, when the time is right and often, when at least expected, the manifestation shows up (man at the cafe).
When cooperative elements flow into your experience it is similar to the drawing game you played as a kid where you connect the numbers by drawing a line between them.
In the beginning, all the lines make no sense. However, in the end, when you look at the entire picture you recognize the purpose of each number location that was necessary to create the whole image.

The previous story tries, in a simplified way, to explain how your vibrations attract various signs and circumstances that guide you in your search.
In sum, be clear about what you want. Next, don’t question impulses, opportunities, and new ideas as long as they feel good. Finally, welcome spontaneity and always go with the flow. You never know where these paths might lead to. You don’t need to see the entire picture at the beginning. Draw the line from number to number and enjoy the journey. Then, and only then, your desire will manifest in your world.
